What it is

What a digital payslip is

It's the same payslip as always —earnings, deductions and net pay— but issued in electronic format and digitally signed by both parties, instead of paper. The employee gets it in their portal and downloads it as a PDF whenever they need it.

Signed by employer and employee

The payslip is digitally signed by both parties and keeps its status —generated, signed, published— recording who signed and when. No printing, signing and scanning.

The employee downloads it themselves

Each employee logs into their portal, sees their published payslips and grabs the PDF whenever they want. No mailing papers or PDFs one by one.

How it works

From the calculation to the signed payslip, in one flow

There's no separate module to feed: the payslip comes out of the settlement you already ran.

You approve the period's settlement

The collective-agreement calculation is closed and ready to issue.

Each employee's payslip is generated

XNómina builds the payslip with that settlement's items: earnings, deductions and net pay.

Digital signature and publishing

Employer and employee sign; the status moves to published and the payslip becomes available.

The employee downloads their PDF

From their portal, whenever they need it — for this period or a previous one.

Validity and record

Digitally signed, with the full trail kept

Argentine labor regulations allow digital payslips when issued with a digital or electronic signature and made available to the employee. XNómina issues them signed by both parties, with the settlement's calculation snapshot behind them to audit every figure.

  • Digital signature of employer and employee.
  • Payslip status: generated, signed, published — with who signed and when.
  • Employee portal to view and download payslips as PDFs.
  • Per-settlement calculation snapshot, to audit where every figure comes from.
