Who is XNómina for?
For SMBs and accounting firms running payroll in Argentina. It's multi-company, so a firm can manage several legal entities with their own agreements and employees kept separate.
How does it handle union agreements (CCT)?
The agreement is the basis of the calculation: each employee is assigned to theirs and hour and concept rules apply accordingly. It's not one calculation forced on everyone.
What does reproducible payroll mean?
You run a period and, if something changes, you run the calculation again: the draft refreshes itself and what you've already approved is never overwritten. Each settlement stores its context so you can audit where every number comes from.
How does the QR kiosk punch clock work?
A display shows a rolling single-use QR. The employee scans it from their own logged-in phone and the in/out punch is recorded, with no cards or shared time clocks. You can also enter attendance by hand.
Does it generate the Digital Payroll Book for ARCA?
Yes. You export the period's Digital Payroll Book in the RG 5250 format straight from the approved settlement, and payslips carry employer and employee digital signatures. It's a software capability — it doesn't replace your accounting or legal advisor. See Digital Payroll Book for details.
What role does AI play in XNómina?
Just one, and it's focused: assisted ingestion of external payslips in PDF or ZIP, which extracts fields like CUIL and net pay and matches them to your employees by CUIL. It's an optional helper to avoid manual entry; the payroll calculation itself is deterministic and rule-based.
How much does XNómina cost and what does the price include?
It starts at USD 5 + taxes per month, per company. The final plan depends on your employee count and agreements — we confirm it as soon as you write to us, no blind quote.
Do I need to install anything or run my own server?
No. XNómina is 100% web-based: you and your team log in from a browser, with nothing to install and no infrastructure to maintain.
Can an accounting firm use XNómina for several clients?
